Seeking advice on computing time averaged central black hole accretion rate

I have a question that I was hoping to get help with. I want to create the following dataset or check if anyone already has it computed:
For every galaxy in the subhalo catalogs between z = 0.15 to z = 0, with 10^10 Msun < M_\star < 10^12 Msun, I would like to get the 50 Myr time averaged black hole accretion rates. Could you please let me know if anyone has to readily computed? If not, what would be the quickest way to compute it?
Thank you so much!
Sincerely,
Arjun

50 Myr is less than the snapshot spacing. The only way to estimate this value would be to use the Blackhole Details supplementary catalog.
