TNG Download Errors

I'm having some issues downloading data from the TNG simulations. All the Illustris simulations seem to work fine, but the TNG simulations always encounter unknown errors when trying to download.

Thanks for the note, I have turned off this "uswest" for now. Should be all working ok?
