There are three numbers to spin of each ID in the simulation. Now my question is what exactly is spin? What is the difference between it and the rotation curve? What physical laws and formulas does it follow?
I'll be grateful for helping me, and even introducing me to a paper or a book or something else, where I can get more information on these issues.

I suggest perhaps Steinmetz+ 1994 and references therein. The SubhaloSpin variable has some physical relation to a galaxy rotation curve, but these are different properties.
