When I tried to do some analysis about Halo 0, I found the spatial distribution of its subhalos are separated into 2 part as this plot show. I don't know what is going on becasue it is definitely not a cluster.

I'm not sure which simulation/snapshot you refer to, but likely you need to consider the periodic boundary conditions.
