"Internal Server Error: 500"

Hi,
I meet an “Internal Server Error: 500” when trying to access JupyterLab.
I have attempted restarting the server, but the issue persists. Could you please look into it?

This has Internal Error Server 500 been happening to me on and off, in particular now. Clicking the link in the error message works: https://www.tng-project.org/api/TNG50-1/snapshots/99/subhalos/422770/
