Hi! I just wonder that is the catalog of filaments/knots/sheet/void available now? I need to check the environment of some selected haloes.

There is nothing publicly available for TNG50.
One option would be to look at the Cosmic Web Distances (Disperse) catalog, which includes a link to github for the code used on TNG100 and TNG300, and to repeat these same procedure for TNG50.
