There are several possible definitions (i.e. ways to measure) each of these values, and no definitive option. You will likely want to measure them yourself.
For radii, we often the value of twice the stellar half mass radius. This is available in the group catalog under SubhaloHalfmassRadType[4].
There are no values for thickness or spin of stellar disks in the group catalogs. You may want to make measurements similar to Sotillo-Ramos+23, and/or look at the available supplementary data catalogs - perhaps something that already exists is of use.
