I am interested in tracing the chemical evolution of a galaxy at z~6.7 from its formation redshift. I am therefore selecting the snapshot and subhalos, which are representative of the properties of the galaxy I am interested in. I need to trace the evolution of different elements, in particular, C, Si, O, Mg, and possibly iron. I am wondering if TNG300-1 is tracing the elements I am interested in, and the sources of these elements (AGB, SNII, SNIa). I read that this information should be contained partially in GFM_MetalsTagged, but I couldn't find this info in the cutouts.
Is it possible to get the complete info about the elements and their sources?
